ooops! sorry for the late reply.

well, akihabara@deep is fantastic!! was eps 11 the last?! i'm still half-way dl eps12.
anyway, the saga thingy... some anime sites already have the articles up, ann is one; the other forgot the name. it even reach world news -we're damned famous. i've to spell the co. name backward from being search.
the [x e d o] saga. they accused the anime fans/freeloaders for dl of their license animes, which is not exactly all true. their titles are those from 2 yrs back and not even recent enough to cater the NICHE market. i also have few titles from them -some extreme bloggers burn their vcd/dvd. i wouldn't do that since i'd pay with my hard earn money. -_-
they'd forgotten, some of us are importing titles from other countries but they keep emphasizing that we dl illegally from them. lawfully, yes it is wrong. but for us to sample from fansubber is good promotion to buy original dvd, don't you agree? it also a marketing to sell their merchandise and such. exception on freeloaders.
we've three internet isp -sn, st and pc. so this co. actually get court order and ask all the isp to surrender the names of anime dl-ers through ip addresses and start suing ppl. and most of those caught are teenagers who still studying; and even a 9yr old kid is not let off. crazy right?!
too many questions on how reliable ip addresses to catch the culprit? imagine your wireless internet was tap by someone or since we're on dhcp -random ip every time you switch on/off modem?
in the first place, their approach is wrong and even made enemies with the anime fans. they should have start a healthy campaign promoting anime instead. and now their products get boycott, shops even put them on cheap sales... lol. i support buy original but not from them, ever.
